Masterchef: The Professionals

In the first heat, four professional chefs from around the country face three challenges to earn a place in this week's quarter final. After the initial test of basic kitchen skills, they must prepare tortellini stuffed with Mushroom Duxelles and served with a sauce of their choice in just 25 minutes. For the final round, they must recreate Marcus Wareing's recipe for devilled butterflied mackerel with herb-flavoured mayo and a cucumber and fennel salad.
Naked Attraction

A 23-year-old virgin from Kent picks a partner from six nude candidates - but this proves a nerve-racking experience, since he has never seen a naked woman in his life. Meanwhile, a 27-year-old beauty therapist from London is determined to have a baby before she turns 30, and hopes that one of the men lurking behind the screens will be the perfect father.

In a year where many people have chosen to holiday closer to home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Paul embraces the opportunity to rediscover what the county has to offer. In the first episode, Paul's ultimate Kent staycation kicks off with him seeking out why the county is nicknamed the Garden of England, before visiting a birds of prey rescue sanctuary.

A jam-packed evening of socially distanced entertainment, with exclusive sketches, exciting performances, music, dance and a few surprises. Mel Giedroyc is joined by Alex Scott, Chris Ramsey and Stephen Mangan, who will all be co-hosting the fund-raising telethon for the first time. There are Strictly Come Dancing, EastEnders and Doctor Who-related surprises in store, while Matt Baker, Ade Adepitan and the team of six young riders make their way to the finishing line after 332 miles around the Goodwood Estate as part of The One Show's 2020 Rickshaw Challenge. Beverley Knight and Shawn Mendes perform, while The Repair Shop team gives one very special girl a surprise to treasure for ever.
