Lagging, the fast-paced visual comedy about teamwork, friendship, and gaming made by BBC Studios Kids & Family Productions and filmed in and around Glasgow will be back on TV screens for a third series from Monday at 6.00 pm on CBBC and BBC iPlayer.

In the new series, the fun and funny young gamers of Team SMoRCLeWA unlock fresh characters, new levels, and special moves, finding unexpected power-ups and dealing with epic fails - in game and in real life. The team that plays together stays together!

Gamers and best friends, Sol (Yoni Bronks) Leah, (Sienna Clarke) Mo (Isaac Khan) return, with new cast members, Ashwin Sakhtivel playing rulemaster Arul and Ivy Wong joining the show as the chaotic gamer, Wei.

Special guest also include CBBC’s celebrity chef, Omari McQueen, and Saturday Mash Up presenter and You Tube sensation, Joe Tasker.

There are big laughs, epic wins, and disastrous fails along the way. From Zombie House parties, karaoke sing-offs, Escape Rooms, and competitive Grandmas!

Cecilia Persson, Managing Director Kids & Family Productions at BBC Studios, says: “We are delighted to be producing the third series of Lagging and welcoming some fresh faces to the cast. Viewers will see our gamers conquer the gaming world whilst navigating real life situations but still having lots of fun along the way.”

Lagging, 8 x 25 minute series is made by BBC Studios Kids & Family Productions.
