Iconic children's television series The Chuckle Brothers is set to return to screens in animated form, according to reports from The Sun.

ChuckleVision was a BBC children's programme which saw real life brothers Barry and Paul Elliott perform as 'The Chuckle Brothers', using physical comedy to entertain the audience at home. Each episode saw the two brothers undertake a job, task or adventure.
Producers are reportedly in talks with broadcasters, including the BBC, to revive the series as an animated comedy comprising of 26 episodes. If commissioned, Paul will reprise his role, whilst it's understood an actor will voiceover Barry, who died in 2018.
Paul told The Sun: "I have missed Barry terribly. Now it will be like working with him again. I can't wait to be able to say 'To me, to you' again."
ChuckleVision aired on BBC One and CBBC. More details will be revealed in due course.
