RATINGS REPORT: 04-10 MAY 2026, MOST WATCHED SHOWS REVEALED

The latest 7-day consolidated ratings for programmes shown or released for the last week have been released by BARB. The top-50 breakdown can be found on BARB's website here.

Race Across The World once again topped the week with 5,780,000 viewers. It was more than one million viewers ahead of David Attenborough's 100 Years On Planet Earth which was watched by 4,725,100 - the second highest rating programme of the week across all channels and streamers.

In drama, ITV launched new factual drama Believe Me to 4,086,600 viewers on Sunday night, whilst its other drama Secret Service concluded with 3,036,400 on Tuesday night. On the BBC, The Cage continued with 3,041,200 for its second episode. Netflix launched new drama Legends to 2,377,000.

Hit comedy Amandaland returned for its second series on Wednesday night to 3,618,400. It wasn't far ahead ITV's Britain's Got Talent which entertained 3,759,700. Elsewhere, Gogglebox continued with 3,078,600 Who Wants To Be A Millionaire with 2,580,800 and the BAFTA TV Awards were watched by 2,374,500
