PREVIEW: A Place In The Sun (April 2021), Channel 4

The property show that helps house-hunters find their dream home in the sun returns for a new run.

Monday: Mark and Caroline from Kent want the perfect bolthole on Spain's stunning Orihuela Costa, that works for all the family and isn't too far away from the golf courses for Mark. Scarlette Douglas shows them five fabulous properties for their budget of £100,000, but will they love any one of them enough to put in an offer?

Tuesday: Debbie and Dave from West Sussex want to fulfil their long-held dream of owning a holiday home in the Dordogne region of France. With a budget of £200,000, Jonnie Irwin shows them five fantastic options, but will any of them be the perfect place?

Wednesday: Derek and Jane from Lancashire yearn to own a dream property in Chiclana de la Frontera where they can enjoy their very own bit of Spanish sunshine. For their budget of £220,000, they want a property with at least four bedrooms to accommodate all of their grown-up children, plus a private pool. Can Danni Menzies make a splash and deliver the one?

Thursday: Carol longs to buy a holiday home for her and her husband on the beautiful island of Lanzarote that will work for all four generations of their family. She particularly loves the east coast, with its buzzing resorts of Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen, and is looking for a town house or apartment with a pool and a view from the terrace. With a budget of £150,000, and Carol's daughter-in-law-Donna coming along to help, can Jasmine Harman find a property to please everyone?

Friday: Brothers Peter and David share a home in Wolverhampton and have decided to keep it in the family by jointly buying a holiday home in the ever-popular Spanish town of Torrevieja. With a budget of £100,000, they want a home that not only ticks all their boxes but also suits their large extended family too. Jean Johansson has the tricky task of keeping everyone happy - but will she succeed?

A Place In The Sun returns Monday 26th April at 3pm on Channel 4.
