WEDNESDAY RENEWED FOR THIRD SERIES ON NETFLIX AHEAD OF SECOND LANDING NEXT MONTH

Netflix have recommissioned Wednesday, the sleuthing, supernaturally infused mystery charting Wednesday Addams' years as a student at Nevermore Academy, for a third series.

The news comes ahead of its second series, which lands on 6th August. Emma Myers (Enid Sinclair), Joy Sunday (Bianca Barclay), Moosa Mostafa (Eugene), Georgie Farmer (Ajax), and Victor Dorobantu (Thing) will return alongside Jenna Ortega.
Further casting for the upcoming series includes Christopher Lloyd, Steve Buscemi, Thandiwe Newton, Joanna Lumley, Haley Joel Osment, Heather Matarazzo, and Billie Piper.
Catherine Zeta-Jones (Morticia Addams), Luis Guzmán (Gomez Addams), Isaac Ordonez (Pugsley Addams), Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo (Deputy Ritchie Santiago) have all become series regulars. Jamie McShane (Sheriff Donovan Galpin) and Fred Armisen (Uncle Fester) will also return in guest starring roles.Â
Part 1 is coming on 6th August with Part 2 following on 3rd September on Netflix.
