It's the festive season at Woodgreen animal charity, where the dedicated team members continue to find homes for abandoned dogs by matching them with hopeful new owners. Luna the labradoodle needs a Christmas miracle to overcome her fear of strangers and staff believe that 13-year-old Kyra could be the miracle-maker.

Rick arrives with a healthy dose of bah humbug, but terrier Jenny might prove affectionate enough to melt this frosty heart. Plus, it's date night for Chico the American bulldog, who's ready to impress.
