The super prime property market is booming and competition to court ultra-high-net-worth individuals with money to spend is fierce. The brokers have to work harder than ever to attract their hugely wealthy, highly demanding clients and close those multi-million-pound deals.

In this episode, director of north/northwest London Lee has an incredible grade I listed terraced home to sell overlooking Regents Park lake. Built in 1822 and designed by renowned Regency architect John Nash, it's worth an eye-watering £29 million, making it one of the most expensive homes in the UK.

It boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a choice of reception rooms, a walled garden, a gym and a separate mews house for guests or staff, and Lee believes it will attract huge interest from wealthy international clients. Elsewhere in London, managing director of UK Sotheby's International Realty Guy has been invited to sell a rather unusual houseboat.

Moored in Wandsworth, the Prospect Belle is owned by Nicholas Bonham of Bonham's auction house, and it's been a much-loved home for him and his wife for many years. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, this isn't your average barge, and the couple have even entertained royalty here. Can Guy get the couple the lucrative sale they're after?

In Bath, broker Christine shows Guy a magnificent Georgian style mansion - D'oro House. Listed at £4.25 million, this jaw-dropping property is built on the site of a late 17th-century manor and there's no expense spared when it comes to the fixtures and fittings. The vast entrance hall alone boasts a magnificent cantilevered floating staircase made from Bath stone worth £50,000.

With interiors by Ralph Lauren, this home is a feast for the eyes and Guy suggests Christine uses social media to market this eye-catching home. But will Christine find the right kind of buyer? And back in London, Constance has been asked by old friends Ollie and Phoebe to value their canal-side flat, which they bought for £850,000 five years ago.

With just two bedrooms, it's the perfect buy-to-let space and Constance believes that in this market she can get the couple more than £1 million. But has she overpromised?
