Gripping nine-part drama told through the eyes of a chief of police living in a small rust belt town in southwest Pennsylvania.

Chief of police Del Harris is called in to investigate a dead body found in an abandoned steel mill.

Harris' investigation into the dead body continues. Isaac leaves town, and Billy and Lee reunite as Buell celebrates a shotgun wedding. Starring Jeff Daniels.
