ITV REVEALS SUMMER SPORTING HIGHLIGHTS

ITV reveal the factual series airing on ITV1 between July and September 2024.



EURO 2024

Led by main presenter Mark Pougatch along with Laura Woods, ITV’s star-studded Euros squad offers a wealth of insight, expertise and opinion from a punditry line-up of Ian Wright, Roy Keane, Gary Neville, Karen Carney, Graeme Souness, Eni Aluko, Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou, Gael Clichy, Joleon Lescott, Sheffield Wednesday manager Danny Röhl and refereeing analyst Christina Unkel.



TOUR DE FRANCE

Starting on Saturday June 29th in Florence in Italy, the race spends three days traversing the country before heading back to its traditional home, taking in the Apennines (Italy), the Italian and French Alps, the Massif Central and the Pyrenees along the way before finishing with a time trial in Nice while Paris prepares for the 2024 Olympics later in the summer.


FA COMMUNITY SHIELD

The 2024 FA Community Shield will air on Saturday August 10th. Manchester City, who won the Premier League for the fourth time in a row in 2023/24, will take on local rivals Manchester United in the season’s traditional curtain-raiser under the famous arch at Wembley in a repeat of May’s FA Cup Final which United won 2-1.



NATIONS LEAGUE

ITV will show six of England’s Nations League ties live and exclusively this autumn as part of its new deal with UEFA to become home of the Three Lions from September 2024.


Starting with the Republic of Ireland away at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin, England will play Finland and Greece at home, then Finland away before travelling to Greece and rounding off the run with a home game against the Republic of Ireland.
