FIRST LOOK: MICHAEL SHEEN TAKES OVER AS HOST OF HOUSE OF GAMES ON BBC TWO
Richard Osman hosts one final week of House of Games before Michael Sheen takes over hosting duties of the teatime quiz where a group of four famous faces go toe to toe in testing their general knowledge skills in a variety of entertaining games.
A daily winner is declared following a quickfire round at the end of each show, and the scores are tallied across the week, resulting in an overall champion being crowned on Friday.
Will the winning stars opt for the much-coveted House of Games suitcase, or will they be tempted with the House of Games bee hotel? Sheen’s signing marks the multi-award-winning actor’s debut as quiz show host. He will preside over the recording of 100 episodes that will be broadcast this year.
On the first week of the new series will be Miles Jupp, Cariad Lloyd, Lucy Porter and Kiell Smith-Byno.
Michael Sheen says: “Quite literally very large shoes to fill but as a huge fan of the show I’m incredibly excited to be able to move into the House and at long last see my silhouette on a fondue set.”

House Of Games begins Monday 28th September at 6pm on BBC Two.
