DRAMA QUEENS: NEW ITV REALITY SERIES TO FOLLOW THE REAL LIVES OF SOAP STARS

ITV have commissioned new reality series Drama Queens which will provide viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the cast of Coronation Street, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks. The news was revealed exclusively by Broadcast.

The 8x60' series, which is produced by Lime Pictures and will air on ITVBe, will give viewers a "glimpse of the real life drama that goes on when the cameras stop rolling." The actors taking part have not been announced.

Across the series viewers will follow the actors as they balance busy schedules of being a soap star, their family lives and attending other events such as award ceremonies.

Drama Queens is expected to air on ITVBe this Spring. More details will be announced in due course.
