DANNY DYER 'OFFERED CHANNEL 4 REALITY SERIES' WITH FAMILY

Following the news that Danny Dyer is to leave EastEnders later this year, Channel 4 have reportedly offered him his own reality series with his family.

The series would follow Danny and his family, including Love Island winner daughter Dani, in a fly-on-the-wall reality series similar to Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

A source told The Sun: "Once Danny is a free agent later this year, the sky’s the limit. TV production companies are falling over themselves to film him and his family...

"Channel 4 made him a lucrative offer that he’s been tempted by and he knows his family would make really lively, fun TV as they’re all so down-to-earth and people at home can relate to them."

Danny's wife Jo has previously said: "We’ve been offered a reality show, but Danny is contracted at the BBC. We have always joked about it. People do say we need a show in our house because there’s always a drama. One day we might do it."

Danny is due to leave BBC soap EastEnders later this year after joining the cast in 2013. An EastEnders spokesperson confirmed to the Metro.co.uk: "Danny will be leaving EastEnders when his contract comes to an end later this year...

Danny has made Mick Carter an iconic character which we shall always be grateful for, however we won’t be saying goodbye just yet as there’s still quite some time – and plenty of explosive drama for Mick – to come before he departs Walford."

EastEnders continues on BBC One and iPlayer.
