Clare Balding hosts as ParalympicsGB aim for more success in the pool. Becky Redfern would've missed the Games had they taken place in 2020, when she was recovering from the birth of her son. A year later and she's aiming for Paralympic glory in the final of the SB13 100m Breaststroke.


Toni Shaw, who medalled six times at the World Championships in 2019, could also be in the hunt for gold in the final of the SM9 200m Individual Medley. Elsewhere, para-badminton makes its Paralympic debut.


Ade Adepitan is back in his Tokyo taxi, travelling around the city to review Day 8's biggest events, including swimming, athletics and wheelchair tennis.


Clare Balding rounds up the medals from Day 8 of the Tokyo Paralympics, where GB wheelchair racer Sammi Kinghorn is among the favourites for gold.
