Paralympics Today - Tuesday 31st August 2021

Road cycling time trials continue on Day 7 of the Tokyo Paralympics as Lora Fachie, Jaco van Gass, Steve Bate and George Peasgood all pedal for medals.



Steph McGovern and Arthur Williams start the day with a round-up of all the action so far from Day 7 of the Tokyo Paralympics, featuring highlights of Sarah Storey in road cycling and David Weir in athletics.


The spotlight is on Tokyo Aquatics Centre as Clare Balding presents live coverage of swimming finals. Among the GB favourites to make the podium are Hannah Russell in the S12 100m Freestyle, and Bethany Firth and Reece Dunn in the Women's and Men's SM14 200m Individual Medley respectively.



Athletics takes centre stage with coverage of GB long jumper Olivia Breen's quest for gold. On the track, Great Britain have two chances at 400m glory with Columba Blango hoping to compete in the Men's T20 final and Shaun Burrows in the Men's T38 final.
