Paralympics Today - Friday 03rd September 2021

Lora Fachie continues her third Games in a bid for gold in road race cycling, where GB's Sophie Unwin makes her Paralympic debut in the event. Steve Bate also begins the men's road race, for which he won a bronze in Rio. Plus, Lorraine Lambert will be hoping to gun for a medal in the Women's 50m Rifle 3 Finals.

Steph McGovern and Arthur Williams present live coverage from Day 10 of the Tokyo Paralympics and round up the overnight action. Steve Bate and Lora Fachie cycle in the road race and there are medals from para-canoeing.

Clare Balding presents more live coverage from the Tokyo Aquatics Centre on Day 10 of the Paralympic Games. Paralympics legend Ellie Simmonds will be hoping to compete for another medal in the S6 100m backstroke final and British record holder Lyndon Longhorne could be a medal hope at his debut Games in the final of the S4 50m backstroke.

Potential GB medal hopes include Richard Whitehead, aiming for a third consecutive gold in the T61 200m final and Jo Butterfield, starting her bid to retain her Rio title in the club throw. Live action continues from swimming and athletics on Day 10 of the Tokyo Paralympic Games.

Rio gold medallists Hollie Arnold and Jo Butterfield throw for double Paralympic glory in the club throw and javelin. Plus, a chance for another athletics gold in the first Paralympic 4x100m universal relay final, hopefully featuring Jonnie Peacock, as live proceedings close on Day 10 of the Tokyo Paralympics.
