THIS MORNING LAUNCHES NEW SEASON PROMO ON ITV

This Morning hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley will return to ITV’s flagship and multi award-winning Daytime show on Monday 1st September, with Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary back on screens from Friday 5th September 2025.

With many heading back to school next week, This Morning has marked the start of the new term with a brand-new promo. In the heart-warming footage, Ben, Cat, Alison and Dermot are sat on the iconic This Morning sofa and share some of their own childhood memories as throwback photos from each of the presenters’ personal photo albums are projected onto a screen. 

Coming up on This Morning from September, viewers will join the ‘Pup Idol’ judging panel Shirley Ballas, Jodie Prenger and Dr Scott Miller as they crown which pet pooch is set to become the next canine TV star with a role on Coronation Street.

This Morning’s resident GP Dr Zoe Williams will also be helping viewers reduce their biological age in a new series ‘Hack Your Age’ where viewers will be taken through the tips and tricks they can do at home to turn back the years. Plus, more impressive Drop a Decade transformations, exclusive showbiz interviews and much more! 

The new promo follows the news that This Morning has made the National Television Awards shortlist for Best Daytime show.

This Morning continues weekdays at 10am on ITV1.
