BBC Factual has announced that fly-on-the-wall reality series, Stacey & Joe will be back for a second series. Following the heartwarming success of series one, cameras are set to return to Pickle Cottage to follow the lives of Stacey Solomon, Joe Swash and their family on BBC One and iPlayer later this year.

'Stacey & Joe' launched to an audience of 4.2 million on BBC One, with more than a third of viewers tuning in on demand, making Stacey & Joe the sixth biggest Factual series on iPlayer over the last year (in seven days). Across six episodes, viewers watched moments from Stacey winning an NTA, to the couple navigating Joe's ADHD diagnosis.
Filming for the second series is getting underway and will include Stacey and Joe taking a family trip, and continuing to manage their busy work lives, passion projects and celebrating milestone family moments at their home along with their children, four ducks, four ducklings and two dogs.
Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash say: “The biggest thank you to every single person who watched the first series of Stacey & Joe... We’ve been so grateful for all the lovely messages and we’re so excited to bring out another series with the BBC.”
Clare Sillery, Head of Commissioning, BBC Documentaries, says: "We are delighted to be working with the Solomon Swash family and Optomen once again, on what already promises to be an incredibly exciting second series. It’s been great to see how viewers have taken Stacey, Joe, their kids and beloved pets to their hearts and series two will continue to honestly reflect their bustling lives at Pickle Cottage."
Charlotte Brookes, Head of Popular Factual, Optomen, says: “We're thrilled with how Series 1 performed and delighted to be able to continue filming the next chapter for Stacey and Joe, and their ever-growing family at Pickle Cottage."
Stacey & Joe series two is a 6 x 60 series for BBC One and iPlayer.
