RATINGS REPORT: 01-07 APRIL 2024

The latest +7 day consolidated ratings for programmes shown or released have been released by BARB. The top-50 breakdown can be found on BARB's website here.


The Apprentice continued to top the week, with Thursday night's episode being watched by 5,897,000. It was followed by Beyond Paradise on Friday night with 5,217,000. Behind was ITV's Saturday night line-up of Saturday Night Takeaway and The 1% Club, watched by 4,658,000 and 5,116,000 respectively.



Elsewhere in entertainment, Gogglebox was watched by 3,511,000 on Channel 4. Have I Got News For You Was watched by 3,727,000 directly opposite on BBC One. MasterChef returned wit 3,599,000 on Monday night, followed by 3,115,000 and 3,316,000 later in the week.


In factual, natural history series Mammals continued with 4,309,000 on Sunday night. Stacey Solomon's Sort Your Life out was watched by 3,169,000 and Interior Design Masters by 2,764,000 both on Tuesday night on BBC One.



In drama, Professor T continued on ITV with 3,170,000 on Wednesday night. Passenger continued on ITV with 2,666,000 on Sunday night and new BBC drama This Town was too low to be measured.


In soaps, Coronation Street topped the week with 4,630,000 on Wednesday night. Emmerdale hit a high on Monday night with 4,123,000 and EastEnders' most watched episode was Tuesday night with 3,756,000. Casualty continued on Saturday night with 2,865,000.
