Michael McIntyre's The Wheel | Series 3 Part 2 Preview (BBC One)

Hosted by Michael McIntyre, the gameshow is packed with edge-of-your seat jeopardy, big laughs, huge stars and a colossal spinning Wheel.

Celebrities on The Wheel tonight are: Katherine Ryan on Celebrities, Harry Pinero on Trainers, Reverend Richard Coles on Kings and Queens, Scott Mills on Eurovision, Mark Wright on Football, Judi Love on The Caribbean and Philippa Perry on Psychology.

From Hungry McBear Media, the show first aired in 2020 and was the highest new BBC Entertainment launch in a decade with episode one consolidating at 6.8m viewers.

In each show, seven celebrities are strapped to the circumference of the giant wheel. Each celebrity has brought one area of expertise to the show – and it is on these areas that the contestants must answer questions.

This Contestant Wheel is spun, and whichever contestant is randomly selected, rises up on their chair, to take their place at the centre of The Wheel and begin the game. The contestant at the centre of The Wheel is in control – if they can stay there until the end of the show then they could win a life-changing sum of money.

TV Zone last month revealed that the gameshow is to return for a fourth series. Filming is due to commence this Spring/Summer on the new series, and is expected to air on BBC One in the Autumn.

Michael McIntyre's The Wheel returns Saturday 25th February at 7pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
