Long Lost Family Special: Switched at Birth | Preview (ITV)

The brand new series of Long Lost Family continues with a special episode featuring the incredible story of a woman who suspects she may have been accidentally ‘switched’ as a baby in an air raid shelter during the Second World War.

The team takes on her quest for the truth, searching for any biological family she may have and for the girl with whom she may have been switched. It’s the stuff of fairy tales, but also the stuff of nightmares, with potentially huge repercussions for everyone involved.

In a second story of a ‘switch’, we meet two Italian mothers who after three years of bringing up their daughters, discovered they had been raising the wrong child following a catastrophic error made at the hospital when they were born…
