Brand New comedy game show built around one simple question: what happens when a trio of the UK's brightest children are forced to rely on some of the country's funniest comedians to tackle and solve brain-bending problems? Master of ceremonies Jack Dee pairs these "Tiny Big Brains" with their comedic teammates.

Across the series, we witness Maisie Adam, Lucy Beaumont, Fatiha El-Ghorri, Ivo Graham, Guz Khan, Johnny Vegas, Tim Vine, Phil Wang and Sophie Willan facing fiendish challenges in physics, maths and logic. But there's a catch—the junior geniuses aren’t allowed in the room.

Instead, the comedians must blunder through the Problem Area while their pint-sized partners bark frantic instructions from the control room, all under Dee's withering eye. After two qualifying rounds, the highest scoring teams progress to the End Game, entering the Problem Area together for the first time. Unsurprisingly, being in the same room does absolutely nothing to prevent chaotic communication breakdowns.

The final episode sees the top teams battle to become the inaugural champion. Fast, funny, and packed with ingenious games and mismatched partnerships, the series celebrates raw intelligence — and the pure comedy of watching someone do the exact opposite of what they are told.

Jack Dee says, “In Help Me Tiny Big Brain I will be asking some of the brightest young people in the country to collaborate with some top comedians in order to solve maddeningly frustrating problems. It’s fun, uplifting and has an irresistible feel-good vibe. Precisely the kind of thing I am best known for.”

Help Me Tiny Big Brain is commissioned for UKTV by Tracy-Jean, commissioning executive, and Helen Nightingale, head of factual and factual entertainment, commissioning; ordered by Gerald Casey, director of programming, unscripted, and Hilary Rosen, director of commissioning. Executive producer for Stellify Media is Tracie O’Neill.

Tracy-Jean says, “What Stellify has proven with Help Me Tiny Big Brain is that a great idea plus impeccable timing is what it takes to secure a commission.  Uniting two groups who usually work solo - junior super-brains and experienced stand ups – to solve problems under the watchful gaze of Jack Dee is truly an act of genius.”

Gerald Casey adds, “Help Me Tiny Big Brain is an idea that the channel has been looking at for a long time, and I’m delighted we are finally bringing it to the screen. Jack Dee teaming up with three Tiny Big Brains to run the rule over UK comedy’s finest promises to be unique and hilarious viewing.”

Tracie O’Neill, says, “We are delighted to be working with UKTV on this series. Pairing super smart kids with brilliant comedians under the guidance of Jack Dee was always going to lead to unpredictable chaos - and that’s exactly what makes Help Me Tiny Big Brain such a joy. It’s funny, smart and surprisingly full of heart.”

Help Me Tiny Big Brain begins Monday 2nd November at 8pm on U&Dave.
