Bake Off 2021 | Episode 3 Preview + Pictures (Channel 4)

Noel Fielding and Matt Lucas lead the latest batch of bakers through 30 brand-new challenges set by judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith.

This week it's time to bake bread, and the remaining bakers have a lot to prove. They put their own twist on a classic Italian focaccia in the Signature and head slightly further east in the technical, making a Greek-inspired snack.

Finally, the bakers are tasked with creating an ambitious, artistic Showstopper by rendering decorative designs in milk bread. Who will claim star baker, and who will be leaving the tent for good?

The Great British Bake Off continues Tuesday at 8pm on Channel 4.
