RTS award-winning 24 Hours In A&E returns for another compelling new series from Queen's Medical Centre, Nottingham - one of the busiest A&E departments in Europe – to tell the stories of those whose lives have changed unexpectedly and how they have found hope.Â

In the first episode, professional superbike rider Max is rushed in after sustaining a head injury in a high-speed motorcycle crash at a racetrack. Seventy-five-year-old Stephanie has fallen down a full flight of stairs at home, and 62-year-old Garry has come to A&E after slicing off two fingers chopping up firewood.
24 Hours In A&E begins Thursday 13th February at 9pm on Channel 4.
