Jeanette Kwakye and JJ Chalmers present another busy morning in Paris, with the women’s 1,500m, men’s javelin and men’s 400m hurdles all getting started at the Stade de France.


Brilliant Kenyan Faith Kipyegon and Britain’s Laura Muir will look to make safe passage in the 1,500m, while Olympic champions Neeraj Chopra and Karsten Warholm begin the defence of their titles in the javelin and 400m hurdles respectively.



The showjumping individual final is set to be a spectacle too at the magnificent Chateau de Versailles. Brit Ben Maher is bidding to become the first rider to retain the individual Olympic crown since the event began 124 years ago in Paris.

Hazel Irvine introduces another jam-packed afternoon of Olympic action, with eyes on the diving, skateboarding and track cycling.


The women’s 10m platform final features Britain’s medal hopeful Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix, who won gold at the 2022 European Championships. Team GB’s Sky Brown is vying for another skateboarding Olympic medal, having become the nation’s youngest ever medallist with a bronze in Tokyo.



The conclusion of the men’s track cycling team sprint is followed by an evening of athletics at the Stade de France as the women’s 200m champion is crowned.

Gabby Logan introduces the action, with some of the biggest names in the mix for a spot on the podium. Jamaica’s Shericka Jackson was a pre-event favourite in the 200m, as was all-conquering Greek Miltiadis Tentoglou in the men’s long jump.
