LOVE ISLAND TONIGHT: SUNDAY 03 JULY 2022

MAIN VILLA FINDS OUT ABOUT CASA AMOR

While the girls are getting to know the new boys at Casa Amor that evening, all becomes clear for the main Villa. The boys receive a text which reads: “Boys, as you know the girls went out for drinks earlier this evening. They will be staying away for a few days. Please now pack them a case for their trip. #DontWaitUp #CasaAmor

Later all crowded into the Beach Hut, Luca says: “The girls are out! They’re having a nice time, we’re not worrying about them. Have your nice time and we’ll have our nice time.”

Davide then predicts there will be “six sexy girls to have fun with us and enjoy our time”.

The boys all pack suitcases for the girls which includes Andrew packing his hoodie and ring for Tasha as well as her teddy. Luca packs his fish flops and ring for Gemma. Jacques packs his eye mask for Paige.

Before they go to bed, they continue discussions.

Jacques says: “I am not gonna find someone better than Paige in three days, give me a year and I don’t think I’d find anyone suited more.”

Luca agrees: “I’ve been waiting a year for a girl like Gemma.”

THERE’S SOME NEW ARRIVALS FOR THE BOYS

It’s morning in the main Villa, the boys go outside and are soon greeted by six new girls.

Dami says: “These girls are phenomenal, they’re beautiful. Literally, no jokes about it. I’m not gonna lie… I feel like we’re in trouble. I think we’re in trouble man.”

Jacques says: “Santa’s delivered trust me… he has brought every single present I wanted.”

BOYS GET TO KNOW THE NEW GIRLS

Sat around the fire pit, the six new girls quiz the boys on their couples in the main Villa.

When it gets to Andrew, Mollie says: “I think you should be open, I’m just saying…”

Coco agrees: “I think she’s just settled for convenience.”

How will Andrew react to the revelation - will he continue to have tunnel vision for Tasha? Or will he be open to exploring new connections?

AFTER LOSING A BET, BILLY MAKES PAIGE BREAKFAST

Over at Casa Amor, Billy makes a bet that Paige can’t guess his birthday month, and if she does he’ll make her breakfast.

Paige guesses: “I’m gonna go with maybe…. I really wanna say May” and Billy can’t believe she gets it right.

Waking up the next morning Billy is regretting his bet, saying to the boys: “I’ve got to cook her eggs, what have we done?”

He continues: “Listen, we had a bet. She’s expecting eggs and soldiers, there ain’t no eggs.”

While setting to work making toast with syrup on top in the shape of a heart he tells the boys: “We’ve got to make them fall in love, boys, remember that. And we ain’t got long!”

But will Paige be at all impressed by Billy’s culinary skills?

GEMMA & JACK DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF FAMILY

In Casa Amor, Gemma and Jack are cooling off at the side of the pool and the topic of conversation turns to families.

Jack says: “My mum and my little sister are big into show jumping and everything like that. I know you’re big into it as well.”

Gemma says: “Oh ok, oh wow!” She then asks: “So your mum is a showjumper? So what does your dad do?”

Jack replies: “He’s a singer.”

Gemma asks: “A well-known singer?”

Jack answers: “Yeah he is, you know Ronan Keating? That’s the old man”

Noting how important her family is to her, Gemma asks: “So you’re really family orientated?”

Jack agrees, saying: “I’m very family orientated. It would be something I’d definitely look for in a girl. I’ve got a big crazy family back home.”

MOLLIE PULLS LUCA FOR A CHAT

In the main Villa, Mollie and Luca chat. As they relax on the bean bags she says: “I thought I’d pull you for a chat and just see what you’re about.”

Before long, they discover they have something in common.

Mollie says: “Guess what? My last name’s Salmon.”

Luca says: “No, it’s not!”

Mollie continues: “I swear to you. Luca Bish, Mollie fish!”

Speaking about his coupling with Gemma, Mollie asks: “So are you quite open still, or semi-closed?”

He says: “I’m semi-closed, yeah. But you just don’t know what’s happening over there….Listen, if someone were to come in here. It would take something special, and you don’t know.”
