Soccer Aid for UNICEF will return to ITV1 and ITVX this May with England taking on the Soccer Aid World XI FC in the world’s biggest celebrity football match.

Watch international sporting legends come together with top celebrities to battle it out on the pitch. The live show will be hosted by UNICEF UK Ambassador Dermot O’Leary, who will be joined once again by UNICEF UK High Profile Supporter, Alex Scott.
With more exciting announcements still to come, the lineup is already shaping up to be one of the strongest yet. Don’t miss your chance to buy tickets and watch England take on the Soccer Aid World XI at London Stadium.
The England squad features football legends Wayne Rooney, Jermain Defoe and Jill Scott, all stepping up for the Three Lions. They’ll be joined by fan‑favourite celebrities Angry Ginge, Sam Thompson and Olly Murs, coached by Soccer Aid co‑founder Robbie Williams, with Joe Marler lining up in goal.
England will face tough opposition from the Soccer Aid World XI, including Nitro from Gladiators, football icons Jordi Alba and Leonardo Bonucci, and returning hero Big Zuu, who scored last year’s dramatic winning goal. The World XI will be coached by Soccer Aid stalwart and Olympic champion Usain Bolt.
Created by Robbie Williams in 2006, Soccer Aid for UNICEF brings the nation together to help children worldwide have the best possible start in life. Once a year, England take on their opponents, the Soccer Aid World XI FC.
Supported by passionate fans in an iconic stadium and broadcast live on ITV and STV, the event harnesses the power of football to help make sure that children can grow up happy, healthy and able to play.
Soccer Aid For Unicef returns this June on ITV1 and ITVX.
