JOHN BISHOP'S TOPICAL ITV SERIES TO AIR IN EARLY 2022 AFTER COVID DELAY

After being delayed from Spring 2020 due to the Covid pandemic, ITV have confirmed that The John Bishop Show, formerly titled John Bishop At The Weekend, will air in early 2022.

John will take a look back at the week’s events in his own inimitable style. During the show - which will air weekly - he’ll be joined by contributors and guests, some of whom may return, to dissect the news of the week in a light-hearted way.

Speaking in 2019, ITV’s Head of Entertainment Katie Rawcliffe said: “We’re thrilled to have John and his new show for ITV. With his irrepressible wit, we can’t wait to see what he and his star-studded guests make of each week.”

The six-part series will air on Saturday nights in early 2022. More details will be revealed in due course.
