PICTURES: Bake Off The Professionals (Ep9), Channel 4

Hosted by Liam Charles and Tom Allen, the toughest Bake Off on TV continues, as teams of pastry chefs from top hotels, restaurants and small businesses compete to be crowned best patisserie team in Britain.

It's the semi-final and the four remaining teams summon up all they can to make it through to the final. For their first challenge, the teams bake four batches of perfect petit fours, before creating a magical table scene inspired by a teddy bear's picnic.

At the heart of their scene must be jelly-based desserts and accompanying edible elements, to help bring their story to life. At the end of the challenge, the teams must walk the judges through the story with a sense of wonder and reveal their hidden desserts.

Which three teams will have the judges in awe and go through to the final, and who will be leaving the competition?
