Hosted by Liam Charles and Tom Allen, the toughest Bake Off on TV concludes, as teams of pastry chefs from top hotels, restaurants and small businesses in Cardiff, Bristol, Norfolk, Brighton and London compete to be crowned best patisserie team in Britain.

It's the grand finale, and the remaining three teams pour all of their patisserie passion, prowess and precision into the final epic challenge, as nothing less than brilliance on every level is good enough to be crowned the winner.

Judges Benoit and Cherish have set not one but two marathon challenges for the teams. For their first challenge, they must produce hats fit for Hollywood, constructed entirely from chocolate and modelled by the teams themselves, as they parade up and down the catwalk.

Alongside their hats the teams must make 24 filled chocolates and 24 confections, all in just four hours. The final grand challenge is a gruelling seven hours, as the teams create a banquet fit for an awards ceremony of their choosing to feed 60 people.
