EXCLUSIVE: DANCING ON ICE PLANNING SOCIALLY DISTANCED AUDIENCE WITH PRE-RECORDED GROUP ROUTINES

New series starts in January on ITV.

The audience seating at the Bovingdon studio has been divided into pods, each pod contains a different number of seats and audience parties will be prioritised according to the number of sets available in each pod. The pods will be distanced from each other.

Pro routines will be pre-recorded later this month, similar to Strictly, to limit contact between pro skaters during the series in the new year. Torvill & Dean will also pre-record some performances for the main show.
