EURO 2024: TODAY'S FIXTURES, TUESDAY 18 JUNE

Here's a rundown of today's fixtures at Euro 2024 and which broadcaster you can watch on.

Turkey v Georgia

5pm, BBC One

A historic day arrives for Euro debutants Georgia, who play their first match at a major tournament, taking on Turkey in Dortmund. Mark Chapman presents the action.

The Georgians booked their place in Germany with a tense, penalty shoot-out victory in a play-off versus Greece in Tbilisi. Coached by former France international Willy Sagnol, their star man is Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, while goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili has enjoyed an excellent season at Valencia.

Portugal v Czech Republic

8pm, BBC One

Gary Lineker presents the action, with commentary from Robyn Cowen. Live coverage of the eagerly anticipated Group F game in Leipzig as Euro 2016 winners Portugal take on a Czech side who were finalists in 1996 and semi-finalists in 2004.

This game could see Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo create yet more history by becoming the first man to feature at six European Championships. The 39-year-old already holds the record for most games and goals at the tournament.
