Eat Shop Save returns to ITV to help families not just to shape up for summer - but to transform their lives.
The consumer lifestyle show, presented by Ranvir Singh, shows how with the help of nutritionist Dale Pinnock, savvy shopper Kate Hardcastle and personal trainer Marvin Ambrosius, families can get on track to eating better, saving money, and getting fitter.
The series follows four families as they try to shrink their waistlines and bolster their bank balances in less than two months, receiving inspiration from previous Eat Shop Save ‘champions’ along the way.
Eat Shop Save returns Thursday 24th June at 7:30pm on ITV.
