The image above is from a non-TX pilot recording of Beat The Chasers. The image below is from the final studio recording from the first series, which aired in April 2020.

The main differences are the shape of the set, scrapping the square shaped stage/audience stands in favour of an octagonal shape set. The Chasers' stage is also difference, having a more enclosed 'C' shaped area.

Beat The Chasers is the prime time spin on ITV’s smash-hit quiz show The Chase, challenging contestants to take on two, three, four or all five Chasers at once.

Hosted by Bradley Walsh, the series stars all five of the nation's favourite quiz geniuses: Mark ‘The Beast’ Labbett, Anne ‘The Governess’ Hegerty, Paul ‘The Sinnerman’ Sinha, Jenny ‘The Vixen’ Ryan and Shaun ‘The Dark Destroyer’ Wallace.

Earlier this year, it was revealed that Beat The Chasers will return to ITV for a second series. This is currently scheduled to be recorded at the end of November for transmission in 2021.

The new series will be recorded at LH2 Studios in West London - a different location to its first series, which was recorded at Elstree Studios.
