WOMEN'S WORLD CUP FINAL SCORES BIG FOR BBC AND ITV

An average of over 13.2m people watched Span defeat England in the Women's World Cup Final yesterday (Sunday 20th August). 10.76m watched on BBC One and 2.46m on ITV1, according to BBC correspondent Lizo Mzimba.



For the BBC, Gabby Logan was joined in Sydney by Alex Scott, Ellen White, Fara Williams and Jonas Eidevall, with commentary from Robyn Cowen and Rachel Brown-Finnis. On ITV1, Laura Woods presented the coverage with analysis from Karen Carney and Eni Aluko.
