Clare Balding takes on lead presenting duties at Wimbledon in 2023. Clare will host live TV coverage right across The Championships, taking tennis fans through the action daily.
Isa Guha welcomes viewers each morning at 11am, with the exception of 10:30am on the opening day, live from SW19.
Clare will take over later in the afternoon, joined by some of the most celebrated names in the sport. Former Wimbledon champions, including John McEnroe, Martina Navratilova, Billie Jean King and Pat Cash will all join Clare in the studio, as well as Tim Henman, Tracy Austin, Annabel Croft, Johanna Konta, Anne Keothavong and Sania Mirza.
John Lloyd, Louise Pleming, Colin Fleming, Jo Durie, Peter Fleming, Liz Smylie, Dominic Inglot, Nick Monroe, Arvind Parmar, Todd Woodbridge and Leon Smith will also provide expert analysis throughout The Championships.
Audiences can enjoy gripping live tennis until 9pm for the first week of the tournament on BBC One and iPlayer, accommodating matches scheduled later into the evening.
The commentary team is made up of Andrew Castle, Andrew Cotter, Sam Smith, Chris Bradnam, Kat Downes, Nick Mullins, Matt Chilton, Simon Reed and John Inverdale. Along with Ronald McIntosh, Alison Mitchell, James Burridge, Abigail Johnson, Andy Stevenson, Paul Hand, Nick Lester, Pete Odgers and David Law. Andy Stevenson combines his commentary duties with presenting the Wheelchair Final programmes on the final weekend of The Championships.
Today at Wimbledon follows the day’s play from 9pm on BBC Two and iPlayer. Qasa Alom will take viewers through the best of the day’s action on the courts, alongside a host of special guests.
TV news teams will also report on the daily matches. BBC Breakfast’s John Watson and Carol Kirkwood present live coverage from SW19, while Nesta McGregor and Andy Swiss report the latest news every day at One, Six and Ten on BBC One, and Radio 4 at 6pm.
Chetan Pathak will present live sports news for the UK and internationally on BBC News, as well as bringing UK audiences up to date with Sportsday every day.
