The daytime quiz, hosted by Sara Davies, will not be returning for a second series. ITV declined to comment when approached by TV Zone.

Former Dragons' Den star Sara Davies hosted the fast-paced high-octane format which tested knowledge and nerves of the confident and quick thinking contestants. If the strategic personalities can handle the pressure against the clock they would be in with a chance of taking home a huge cash prize.
In the show, which aired on ITV1 and ITVX earlier this year, players were given their prize money before they had answered a single question... the only catch is, they needed to answer correctly and race against the clock to keep hold of it.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that Lingo will return for a sixth series on ITV, ahead of its fifth series which is yet to air. Launched in 2021, Lingo quickly established itself as a fan favourite, boasting the best launch for a game show in the 3pm slot since 2002.
Combining rapid-fire wordplay, gripping gameplay and Adil’s signature wit and charm, Lingo challenges contestants to solve Lingos and crack Puzzlewords as they race against the clock to win a £15,000 jackpot.
The ‘winner stays on’ format returns for this new series, giving contestants who reach the final round the chance to return and build their prize pot over multiple episodes. With high stakes, a fast pace, and plenty of opportunities to play along at home, Lingo continues to be one of the most compelling shows in ITV’s daytime schedule.
The most recent series, which aired in January 2025, was a ratings winner—outperforming the slot average by 27% and securing the top spot for ITV1 among both Adults 16–34 and Adults 35–54.
Time Is Money is available now on ITVX.
