THE TOURIST: RETURN DATE CONFIRMED FOR BBC DRAMA
The highly anticipated second series of The Tourist will launch on the BBC on New Year’s Day.
All episodes will be available on BBC iPlayer from 6am on Monday 1 January, with episode one airing on BBC One at 9pm.
The Tourist series two will see the return of BAFTA and Golden Globe award nominated Jamie Dornan (Belfast, The Fall) and Danielle Macdonald (Unbelievable, Dumplin’). The six-part thriller is created and written by Jack and Harry Williams and produced by the award-winning Two Brothers Pictures.

Internationally, sales for the first series spanned five continents, with the show seen from South Korea to Scandinavia and was crowned the winner of three Golden Nymph Awards at the Monte Carlo Television Festival including Best Series, the festival’s highest accolade.
The Tourist series two is a Two Brothers Pictures (an All3Media company) production for the BBC, in association with Stan, ZDF and All3Media International created and written by Harry and Jack Williams (The Missing, Baptiste, Fleabag).
