The BBC are to make a decision on whether or not to air new reality series The Osbournes: Home To Roost, following the death of Ozzy Osbourne this week.

The ten-part fly-on-the-wall reality series, seen as an unofficial successor of their hit noughties reality show The Osbournes, was commissioned by the BBC in 2022 and follows Ozzy and Sharon’s journey back to Britain, alongside Kelly and Jack’s efforts to support them, as they attempt to re-start their lives in rural Buckinghamshire.
Deadline reports that filming has continued over several months, with a possibility that the footage filmed will still be aired in some form, but unlikely to be a full series as originally intended.
The original BBC announced stated: "The series will follow the Osbournes as they celebrate one of their most important years yet – with everything from Sharon’s 70th birthday to Kelly’s soon-to-be-born baby, Ozzy’s tour, and of course the big move itself...
This will be a genuine portrait, showing Sharon and Ozzy as they face up to illness and the challenges of getting older, but with the usual Osbourne eccentricities, humour, warmth and love."
More details will be announced in due course.
