SKY CHRISTMAS PROGRAMMING HIGHLIGHTS, NEW AND RETURNING TITLES REVEALED
Christmas is made for great television, and this year Sky and NOW have everything audiences need for cosy nights in, family get-togethers and can't-miss moments right through to the New Year.

The Trip to the Northern Lights
More than five years since their Grecian escapades, Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon reunite for The Trip to the Northern Lights — the eagerly awaited fifth instalment of the multi-award-winning, critically acclaimed comedy series. Directed once again by Michael Winterbottom the new six-part series sees the pair tour the rugged beauty of Northern Europe – Sweden and Norway. What follows is a gloriously delicious journey, this time through Scandinavia, in search of fine food, wry conversation and a glimpse of the elusive Northern Lights.
Sweetpea (S2)
Ella Purnell (Fallout, Yellowjackets) reprises her role as wallflower-turned killer Rhiannon Lewis in Season 2 of the iconically brazen and darkly comic thriller Sweetpea . Navigating a new promotion, an irresistible rebound, and a copycat killer threatening to expose her, the kill list is mounting. And Rhiannon is forced to question whether her perfect ex AJ, was right: is she a monster?
The Dyers’ Caravan Park: A Merry Elfing Christmas (w/t)
Christmas is coming to Priory Hill and Danny and Dani Dyer are determined to give the residents their biggest and best festive celebration yet before the park closes its gates for winter. The Dyers have ambitious plans ranging from a slap-up Christmas lunch for 200 residents, a spectacular nativity and transforming a rundown chalet into a magical Santa’s grotto. But, as ever, their grand ideas quickly fall apart, leaving the team scrambling to save Christmas.
Dynamo Vs Houdini
Dynamo takes on the legacy of the world’s most famous escapologist in an epic journey across America. Travelling in Harry Houdini’s footsteps, Dynamo meets extraordinary characters, performs close-up magic and undergoes intense physical and psychological training as he prepares for a series of spectacular challenges inspired by the legendary showman.
From incarceration in a maximum-security prison to an audacious attempt at the longest bullet catch in history, Dynamo pushes his skills, endurance and nerve to their limits. Blending astonishing magic, adventure and personal discovery, Dynamo Vs Houdini asks one tantalising question: what would Houdini do if he were alive today?
Never Mind The Christmas Buzzcocks
Never Mind the Buzzcocks is back with two Christmas specials. Kelly Osbourne and Alesha Dixon join the panel as guest captains for the upcoming specials, alongside returning regulars Greg Davies, Noel Fielding and Jamali Maddix. Airing over the festive period, the Christmas special will be followed by The Hangover, a post-Christmas edition celebrating that hazy stretch between Christmas and New Year when no one quite knows what day it is.
Josh Widdicombe: Not My Cup of Tea
Josh Widdicombe is back on tour (not again!) and recording this stand up special at the Hackney Empire. By now he has almost certainly mastered the art of stand-up, either that or he has wasted the last 15 years of his life. Watch this and decide for yourself. Expect it to be shorter and with lower production values than Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, but funnier and with more references to tea.
Jason Manford: A Manford All Seasons
Jason Manford is back with a recording of his brand-new live show, A Manford All Seasons. Jason’s been busy since his last smash-hit stand up show but fans of his Absolute Radio show will know this nationally acclaimed comedian hasn’t changed a bit. A Manford All Seasons is Jason’s latest comic offering set to hit the road, and it sure to be ‘expert observational comedy’ (The Guardian) mixed with ‘comic gold’ (Mail on Sunday).
Transmission details will be announced in due course.
