THE ONLY WAY IS ESSEX RETURNS THIS AUTUMN, REALITY SERIES CELEBRATES 15 YEARS ON AIR

The UK's longest running constructed reality TV series The Only Way Is Essex will return this Autumn, celebrating 15 years of drama, relationships and fashion.

Series 36 consisting of 9 episodes (including 2 specials) will air in the Autumn on a newly refreshed ITV2 following the closure of ITVBe this Summer. The new series will see the cast head to Portugal as viewers follow more relationship and revelations from the cast.

Rebecca Kenny-Smith, Creative Director for Objective Entertainment said: "This is Towie’s first trip to Portugal and it’s shaping up to be an unforgettable getaway!  We’re anticipating lots of Towie antics in the Algarve and what better way to celebrate the milestone 15th anniversary. It’s fantastic to start the new series with a burst of sunshine and then we’re back in Essex for more drama."
