THE LAST LEG: LATEST SERIES REDUCED IN CHANNEL 4 COST-CUTTING MEASURE

Adam Hills, Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker will return to our screens this June with the 28th series of the quadruple BAFTA-nominated and multi award-winning, The Last Leg.

However, instead of the planned nine episode series, the series has been reduced by two episodes to a total of seven. Broadcast reports that this is due to ongoing cost-cutting by the broadcaster, which has seen it cancel the civilian edition of SAS Who Dares Wins, Four Weddings and Kirstie's Handmade Christmas.

Offering their unmatched satirical insight into the world's biggest (and funniest) current events, the boys will be joined by weekly guests from the comedy, entertainment and politics universes to help dissect the biggest news stories of the week.

As ever, the hashtag #isitok will pave the way for the gang to round up, examine and explain these stories - always incorporating acerbic wit, enlightening discussions and unique sketches.

The series returns on Friday 30th June 2023. Audience tickets are available via SRO Audiences.

Previous episodes of The Last Leg are available on Channel 4 online.
