It’s the first live show of Strictly 2025, and our judges Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke kick things off with an incredible opening number that sees them dancing through the decades.
Fresh from the training room, the 15 couples join Tess and Claud in the ballroom, ready to perform their first routines of the competition. Whilst they may not have to face the public vote this week, they do have to face the judges, who will be handing out the first scores of the series.
Yesterday it was announced that actor and former Love Island winner Amber Davies would be joining the show following the departure of Dani Dyer, who had to withdraw from the competition this week due to injury. Amber will be partnered with Nikita and will take to the dancefloor tonight along with all the other couples.
As the couples are making their dancefloor debuts tonight, no-one is going home. Viewers will have their first chance to vote for their favourites next weekend. The songs and dance styles for this weekend's Strictly Come Dancing live show have been revealed...
