Take a look at the latest celebrity rumours below...

ADAM THOMAS

The former Emmerdale star has been rumoured for a while, and with Adam Thomas starring in the new series of Waterloo Road which begins this Autumn, it could be a good opportunity for the BBC to promote the show.

He has seemingly confirmed that he's taking part. In an interview with the Daily Mail, he said: "Bring it all one, I love a bit of glitz and glam. I was going to say something then, but it might get blown out of context... I just want to experience the Strictly curse."

KYM MARSH

The actor and co-presenter of BBC One's Morning Live has been tipped for the show by The Sun. A source told the newspaper: "She has been a target for them for years, and while it not a done deal, they are very hopeful. She has her offer and is considering her options."

RICHIE ANDERSON

The presenter, who has contributed to BBC shows such as The One Show, Zoe Ball Breakfast Show and co-hosted the BBC's Platinum Jubilee coverage is said to be one of the favourites to join the series.

A TV insider said (via Metro): "As an out-and-proud gay man, Richie would help make it a diverse line-up and would obviously have the option of dancing with a male pro. Strictly are keen to keep the same-sex partnership as a regular feature on the show and Richie might just help them with that."

PAIGE SANDHU

The Emmerdale actress has been tipped for the BBC dancing competition ever since her departure from the soap earlier this year.

A spokesperson from Ladbrokes told the Daily Star: "It looks like Paige's next move will take her to the dance floor with Strictly chiefs currently leading the way for her signature."

GEORGE WEBSTER

The young presenter went viral on Twitter when he was signed at CBeebies' first presenter with Down's syndrome. A source told the Daily Mail: "The BBC are seriously considering getting George on the show this year...

"There has never been a contestant with Down syndrome before and this really would be something spectacular and so important in raising awareness of the condition."

BRUCE GROBBELAAR

Former Liverpool goal keeper is said to have had meetings with Strictly producers via video call earlier this year. A source told The Sun: "Bosses are determined to get Grobbelaar to sign on the dotted line...

"He's made clear the only way he will sign up is if they agree a big money package. Producers are willing to splash out to get him but have a limit as to how much they can spend."

HELEN SKELTON

Presenter Helen Skelton is said to be one of the main targets for Strictly producers, having impressed with her stint on the 2012 Christmas Special. A source told The Sun: "Helen has been on the Strictly wishlist since she did the Christmas special, but the timing has never been quite right for her to sign up."

TONY ADAMS

Described as an 'England footie legend', the ex-Arsenal player is said to be a named mentioned by the BBC. A source told The Sun On Sunday: "This is shaping up to be a fantastic year for Strictly. They are thrilled to have brought a footballing legend of Tony's stature to the table."

Strictly Come Dancing returns this Autumn on BBC One and iPlayer. Celebrity reveals are expected to start in early August.
