SKY NEWS REVEALS UPDATED DAYTIME SCHEDULE

New daytime schedule from Tuesday 1st September.



Sky News has revealed its updated daytime schedule, which includes extended editions of Kay Burley@Breakfast and Ian King Live.


Daytime schedule from Tuesday 1st September:

6am-7am: The Early Rundown

7am-10am: Kay Burley

10am-11am: Ian King Live

11am-12pm: All Out Politics

12pm-2pm: Sky News Today

2pm-5pm: Sky News with Sarah Hewson

5-7pm: The Newshour

7-9pm: Sky News Tonight


In the morning, The Early Rundown will be presented by Niall Paterson who then hands over to Kay Burley at 7am. Kay will present live from the heart of Westminster, from a brand new set in Sky's Millbank studios.


Mid-morning sees the edition of Ian King Live, Sky's flagship business programme, which moves from two half-hour shows per day to one longer edition from 10am. Adam Boulton returns with All Out Politics at the later time of 11am.


Colin Brazier and Jayne Secker welcome the afternoon with Sky News Today from 12pm. Sarah Hewson (standing in for Sarah Jane-Mee who's on maternity leave) takes over from 2pm.


Mark Austin presents Sky's The Newshour at 5pm and 6pm. Sky News Tonight with Dermot Murnaghan continues in its normal 7-9pm slot.


Sky News is available on Sky channel 501.
