SCARED OF THE DARK AXED BY CHANNEL 4 AFTER ONE SERIES
Channel 4 have reportedly officially pulled the plug on Scared Of The Dark after one series. The news was reported by Deadline following the recommission of Tempting Fortune this week.
Hosted by Danny Dyer, and airing on Channel 4 last Spring, the series saw terrifying challenges along the way for the celebs to win items that'll make their lives easier, but if they fail, vital belongings like shoes and toothbrushes will be taken away.
At the end of it all, the celebs will vote among themselves to declare who has coped best in the black. But not all of them will make it - anyone who can't handle it might be left announcing 'I'm Scared of the Dark'.
Celebs who took part in the first series are Chris Eubank, Paul Gascoigne, Max George, Nicola Adams, Chris McCausland, Scarlett Moffatt, Donna Preston and Chloe Burrows, they entered a pitch-black bunker to eat, sleep and survive for eight days in complete darkness.
Scared Of The Dark is available to stream now on Channel 4.
