Babushka was an ITV teatime gameshow hosted by Rylan Clark. It ran for four weeks (20 episodes) and aired in the 5pm slot during May 2017 when The Chase was off-air.

Based on the babushka doll, the format saw two teams of contestants answer a set of questions to open giant babushka dolls. Some were empty, and some contained smaller dolls which came with a cash prize added to the jackpot.

The show received a negative reaction after ITV chose to schedule it whilst The Chase took its annual break. The show did not return for a second series.
