REAL DEAL: DAVID DICKINSON REPORTEDLY QUITS AS HOST OF ITV DAYTIME SERIES

A representative for David Dickinson told The Mirror: "David has no plans to retire from Dickinson’s Real Deal, a show he still very much enjoys making, and is hugely looking forward working on the upcoming series later this month.”


ITV say: "The current series of Dickinson’s Real Deal is in production and filming throughout spring and summer. No decisions have been made on future series beyond that.""


 

The popular ITV Daytime series which sees David Dickinson help people sort the treasures from their trash is set to end after its upcoming series, according to reports.



From most beautiful items to favourite characters, biggest cash winners to bargain buys and top auction results. David Dickinson and his team never know what will come through their doors on each Dealers’ Day.



David Dickinson has reportedly decided to step down as host after the upcoming series, which is understood to be filming. An insider told the MailOnline: "It's an open secret on Dickinson's Real Deal that David will be leaving the show after filming the upcoming series...


They continue: "He's absolutely adored fronting the show, it's been a huge success for the channel and viewers still love it 16 years after it launched. David's had such an incredible career in Showbiz so far and has no intention of quitting TV for good and is still open to exploring further opportunities."



Dickinson's Real Deal airs weekdays at 2pm on ITV1.
