Friday night's coverage of Wimbledon on BBC One topped the week with 4,102,000. Further Wimbledon coverage on Sunday afternoon was watched by 3,166,000, Tuesday evening by 2,439,000 and Thursday evening by 2,239,000.
Elsewhere in sport, Women's Euro 2025 kicked off. The highest rating game was ITV's coverage of England v France which averaged 2,719,000.. Love Island continued strong on ITV2, reaching highs of 2,615,000 and 2,556,000 on Wednesday and Thursday night respectively.
In entertainment, Celebrity Gogglebox was watched by 2,401,000 and Taskmaster by 2,113,000. BBC Two launched new documentary series marking 40 years since Live Aid to 2,481,000 on Sunday night. It was directly followed by the second episode with 1,986,000.
24 Hours In Police Custody continued on Channel 4 on Monday and Sunday night, both episodes were watched by 3,022,000. Long Lost Family: Born Without Trace was watched by 2,405,000.
In soaps, Coronation Street's most watched episode of the week was Monday night with 3,943,000, Emmerdale also topped the week on Monday night with 3,577,000, whilst EastEnders suffered with the move to BBC Two, reaching a high of 2,930,000 on Tuesday night.
