RATINGS REPORT: 15-21 APRIL 2024

The latest +7 day consolidated ratings for programmes shown or released have been released by BARB. The top-50 breakdown can be found on BARB's website here.



Unsurprisingly, the return of Britain's Got Talent topped the week across all channels. Launching with a double bill, the first two episodes were watched by 6,972,000 and 6,198,000 respectively.



Just behind was the launch of new ITV drama Red Eye to 6,049,000. The final of The Apprentice 2024 was watched by 6,024,000 on BBC One, with 5,023,000 watching Race Across The World the night before.


In drama, the return of BBC police drama Blue Lights was watched by 4,816,000. Beyond Paradise continued with 5,533,000, Professor T with 3,036,000 and Netflix's Baby Reindeer opened to 2,842,7000.



In soaps, Coronation Street topped the week with 4,455,000 on Monday night, Emmerdale with 3,929,000 on Tuesday night, and EastEnders with 3,905,000 on Monday night.


Elsewhere, The 1% Club was watched by 4,721,000, Gogglebox with 3,514,000, MasterChef by 3,323,000 on Tuesday night, Interior Design Masters with Alan Carr with 2,872,000 and Have I Got News For You with 3,971,000.
